**We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150.**

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with a tracking number. Please be sure to provide us with your correct shipping address. KALEIDOS will not replace or refund lost or stolen orders due to incorrectly provided shipping information. Once an order has left our facility, the responsibility of the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We will not offer refunds due any delays, loss or damage as a result made by the carrier. We hope this never happens, but in the event it does, we recommend taking it up with the carrier and submitting a claim.

International Orders

Orders are sent via USPS. Please note that First Class International does NOT come with tracking or insurance. If you would like your package to be trackable, we suggest choosing Priority International.

All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get specific tax and duty information.

Returns

We understand that it can be tricky shopping for vintage online. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for store credit only. Items must be returned back to us in the same condition. We reserve the right to deny any return if we feel items are returned back to us in poor condition or if our policy is being taken advantage of. In the event a return is denied, the customer will be notified via email and the items will be sent back to them.

Please note, ALL items become final sale after 7 days and will no longer be eligible for return or store credit.

How to Return

  1. Email us at shopkaleidos@gmail.com to initiate your return. Use subject title: RETURN (Your Order #) and include reason for return in the email.
  2. Package items properly. We are not responsible if your package gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in the hands of the carrier. 
  3. Postmark and send your return within 7 days of date it was delivered to you. You may use any shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend USPS or UPS.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund (less cost of shipping) within 1-2 business days.

Local Returns

The same 7-day return policy applies to any items purchased in person at our studio. For local returns, email us at shopkaleidos@gmail.com to schedule a return to the studio. If a time cannot be arranged within the 7-day return window for a local return, you must ship back your return.

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit:

  • Sale items
  • Items purchased using a discount/promo code

Exchanges 

We're unable to process exchanges with our system. If you'd like to make an exchange, please return the original item and then purchase the new item as a separate order.
