    FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $100!

    All orders are sent via USPS and are always included with a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding holidays & weekends) for orders to be processed before calculated shipping times go into effect.

    We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping address, as KALEIDOS is not responsible for delays or for the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. Once an order has left our facility, KALEIDOS is not responsible for any damaged, lost, delayed or stolen packages while in transit by carrier. We recommend choosing the 'USPS Priority' shipping option if you'd like your package to be insured, as we do not offer refunds on lost packages.

    // INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    All orders are sent via USPS. Please note that First Class International does NOT come with tracking or insurance. If you would like your package to be trackable, we suggest choosing Priority International. Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding holidays & weekends) for orders to be processed before calculated shipping times go into effect.

    NOTE:  All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get specific tax and duty information.

    Returns

      We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not fully satisfied with an item we will gladly accept a return within 7 days of arrival provided that the item is in it's original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, has all original tags intact) and is not a final sale item. Final sale items listed below.

      Items purchased using a promotional discount code are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.

      Shoes must be returned with their original shoe box and must be shipped within another box. If the original shoe box is damaged (ie: stickered, taped, postaged, written on, broken) it will not be qualified for a full refund.

      Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of arrival and must include the order # with your return. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs to return and may choose any shipping method of your choice. We highly recommend adding a tracking number on your package so you can verify that your package has arrived.

      It is the full responsibility of the customer to insure and properly package their return, as we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during transit by carrier or for any lost packages during shipment.

      All returns are subject to inspection. If we receive back an item that is damaged or does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to deny the return. In this case, an email will be sent notifying the customer and the item(s) will be sent back.

      When a return is received and successfully meets our return criteria, a refund will be applied to the original form of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Please contact your bank for the processing time of your refund.

      EXCHANGES

      We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, you must send back the item as a return and purchase the new item as a separate order. Please follow return instructions.
