- Unlimited access to the studio does not include photoshoots. Photographing small items that don't require a production set-up or arranging of the space may be accepted. Please email us to inquire beforehand.

- Outside food is allowed, but we kindly ask that you avoid bringing messy or pungent foods out of respect for others sharing the space. As we have clothing in the area, let's ensure everyone enjoys a pleasant co-working environment.

- Parking: There are limited visitor spots in the lot behind the building. Please do not park in any of the tenant reserved parking spaces as they enforce towing. Additional street parking may be found along a portion of S Oak Street.
